3. User Responsibilities
- Use the SMS gateway only for lawful purposes.
- Comply with anti-spam and consumer protection laws.
- Obtain prior consent from recipients.
- Avoid sending harmful or illegal content.
By signing up, you provide opt-in consent to Commercial Communication Company for receiving SMS, Voice, Email, RCS and WhatsApp messages for authentication, promotional and service related purposes.
4. Service Usage
Our services are provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do not guarantee 100% uptime due to network or third-party issues.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in advance.
- Pricing will be displayed on the website.
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided for major service disruptions caused by us. Unused SMS credits are non-refundable.
7. Privacy Policy

8. Prohibited Activities
- Sending spam messages
- Phishing or fraud
- Promoting illegal activities
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the incident.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be handled in the courts of Chennai.
